Every coin has an exchange-side minimum, shown on each card above. A transfer below it may not credit and needs manual recovery. That is a different thing from our suggestion to start from around ten dollars, which is only about keeping the on-chain fee a small share of the transfer; the minimum is a hard threshold.

Tokens marked in amber are not the headline coin. USDT on Ink, Plasma, Conflux, HyperEVM, Unichain, X Layer, Flare and Tempo is USDT0; USDC on Tempo is USDC.e; and Bitcoin on Ethereum, OP Mainnet, Ink and Unichain is kBTC. Check that what you hold is the exact build listed before you send.
Canton needs a memo
USDC over Canton Network requires the memo we provide. Leaving it out does not return the funds, but it does not credit them automatically either and needs manual recovery. The recharge page shows the memo separately with its own copy button.
How to pay with crypto
Work out the USD amount from the pricing page
Check what the plan you want costs in USD, then convert that to your chosen coin yourself. Adding 2-3% is a good idea to cover on-chain fees and rate movement.
Pick a coin and a network on the recharge page
Sign in and open the recharge page, then pick a coin followed by a network. The page shows the deposit address and QR for that exact combination, plus the token build and any memo that network needs.
Send us the transfer details
Once the transfer is out, email or Telegram us the coin, network, amount, on-chain transaction hash and your QCode ID. After we verify it we credit the USD to your balance, usually within a day.
Why we verify by hand
It buys you a zero platform fee
Third-party crypto gateways usually take 3-5%. We verify the on-chain transaction ourselves instead of routing through one, so this channel charges no platform fee at all: whatever you send in USD terms is what lands in your balance.
The trade-off is a short wait
Verification usually completes within a day, faster during business hours. If instant settlement matters more to you than the fee, the card and Alipay channels settle immediately.

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

What is the fee?
The platform fee is zero. You only pay the on-chain network fee for the transfer itself, and that goes to the blockchain, not to us.
How long does it take?
We credit the balance after receiving your report and verifying the on-chain transaction, usually within a day and faster during business hours. This is not an instant-settlement channel.
Which network is cheapest?
Stablecoin transfers on Tron (TRC20) and Solana are usually the cheapest and the most widely supported. L2s such as Arbitrum, Base, Polygon and Optimism are cheap too. Ethereum mainnet (ERC20) costs the most, so unless your funds are already there it is rarely the right choice.
What if I send on the wrong network or send the wrong token?
On-chain transfers cannot be reversed. Sending on the wrong network, or sending the wrong build of a token on the right network (plain USDT where USDT0 was required, for example), usually means the funds cannot be recovered. Always match the network and token symbol shown on the recharge page before sending.
